If you don't see some of the items you are looking to purchase at these stores I suggest going to Party City or even online and bid on items on sites such as EBay or even Craigslist. Craigslist is a useful tool because sometimes a lot of people are giving away items for free. 

Oriental Trading is by far my favorite online website to purchase items from. They are very inexpensive and you can do a lot of personalizing of products. Keep in mind keeping on budget will help you guarantee the success of your event.
